The home inspection is a comprehensive visual inspection of the entire home by an ASHI and/or Certified trained professional inspector using standards set forth by the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

To help insure your safety and your investment a Home Inspection is highly recommended prior to purchasing a home.

Home Inspection FAQs

The Home Inspection is the primary property inspection. Other specialty inspections such as Termite, Roof, Chimney, etc. may or may not be indicated when the Home Inspection is ordered. At the conclusion of the Home Inspection the Home Inspector may recommend additional specialty inspections.

A verbal summary of significant conditions is provided during the inspection followed by a written report normally within 2 business day of the inspection.
